Job Description

 Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.  Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.  Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.  Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.  Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.  Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by all the team members reporting.  Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance  Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers  Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light. BACKGROUND OF THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE  Proficiency in English, Market knowledge, Communication and negotiation skills, Ability to build rapport, Time management and planning skills for team n self.  Proven track record of bring in new business and a natural ability to drive sales.  Must be self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.  Well organized with in Reporting all activities as per company norms  Take responsibility for behaving in a manner that supports the NIPL’s Culture and Values, and the Leadership and Management behaviors. PERSONAL SPECIFICATION  Qualifications ->Ideally educated to Degree level. MBA Added advantage Minimum “1-2 years’ experience in IT HARDWARE field  Mobility ->Must own a Two Wheeler
