• Perform outbound or inbound calls to arrange meetings over a phone/zoom call with potential customers to prospect for new business. • Providing information about the course and its benefits over calls, emails, and walk-ins • Attend to walk-ins in the office and counsel for courses at ABC. • Constantly aim to meet or exceed sales targets. • Keep regular follow-up with potential students for enrollment process. • Work on Sales Pitch and Maximize Conversion Ratio • Create active sales funnel for ABC and push clients to attend Program Orientation & Course Introduction (POCI) & Demo session. • Work on acquisition of new students and follow up with existing students for referrals. • Preparing day-to-day individual sales reports for review of management. • Ensuring highest level customer satisfaction and be a positive brand ambassador of ABC. • Develop and maintain relations with prospective referral sources. • Support clients with loan application, attain fee deposits as per ABC’s requirements and advance submission along with approval.
