Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES A. Invoice Dispatch • Understand the Customer Service Level Agreement (SLA) • Prepare document sets according to SLAs • Prepare and Send Courier Packets to Customers • Update Customers’ Portal wherever required • Follow-up with Billing Team for Invoices not handed over B. Dispute Resolution (limited to Invoice Submission) • Understand and record customer dispute regarding non and/or resubmission of invoices • Raise such disputes with the stakeholders • Provide the resolution to the customer within the agreed TAT C. CRM • Upkeeping all the necessary records in Customer Master for Collection Tool Implementation and electronic submission. D. Adhoc and/or Other Responsibilities • Any other task or responsibility which is bestowed by Credit Manager and / or Finance Manager
