1. Responsible for a 24x7x365 Data Centre Operation (DC) shift operations and personnel. 2. KRA includes total end to end Network Uptime of Data Center Network. 3. Oversee day-to-day NOC operations, escalations, ticketing and communications with all customers. 4. Develop process and procedures for smooth functioning of NOC aligned with Business Need 5. Update and maintain documentation associated with processes and procedures of Network Operations. 6. Continuously improve and develop systems to proactively monitor Network infrastructure 7. Lead efforts to identify root cause and recommend & implement process & technology level solutions. 8. Provide leadership and coordination on Special projects assigned & drive to closure in time based manner. 9. Strong experience in process development including the development and measurement of Network KPI’s. 10. Present Reports to Executive Management including but not limited to: system availability, service level agreements, ticket resolution and customer issues. 11. Work alongside and ensure mentoring of DC NOC personnel is occurring to ensure all staff is acquiring the necessary skill sets to perform their job functions and meet departmental and individual goals. 12. Ensures that the systems and technology used are constantly upgraded to the latest SW & Firmware release & upgrades. 13. Keep abreast on latest technologies and solutions related to DC Network Operations. 14. Work with little / no supervision on day to day activities 15. Oversees the work of junior employees to ensure that system requirements have been properly implemented and procedures carefully followed. 16. Managing & assigning/providing support services for Field Engineering and other technical teams 17. Manages and maintains the health and “uptime” of WAPs, Servers, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, and related infrastructure operating systems and applications (ie: User Management, Backup, Anti-Virus, Email, etc.) 18. Good communicator with a natural aptitude for dealing with end users, customers, Vendors and internal team of the organization with Good network diagnostic skills. 19. Work well in a busy team, being quick to learn and able to deal with a wide range of issues. 20. Strong analytical skills and able to collate and interpret data from various sources. 21. Ability to assess and assign priorities to faults and respond or escalate accordingly & Performs & Manage various network management and administration tasks. 22. Prior Work Experience in Data Centre / Telco Grade NOC with min 8+ in Supervisory NOC experience is a Must. 23. Must have engineering degree in ECE/EEE/CSE/TE. 24. MBA/Project Management Certification is a plus. 25. Must have Cisco CCIE/Data Centre Certified.
