Marketing/sale Executive involve direct selling to the consumer or end user giving information about the application/packages/courses that are available. Asking the user if there is any kind of language learning requirement Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale; Checking if the user is facing any kind of issues/problems in the application. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails; cold calling with potential customers to prospect for new business; responding to incoming email and phone enquiries; Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets; negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales; Closing the minimum daily targets. Sending the daily reports as prescribed and designed by management for smoother operations · The role is also responsible for providing timely updates to the organization on orders, payments and publishing reports required by management as and when required. Skills Required · Should have min 1- 5 years experience in customer service/ Tele Sales / business Development . · Should have the ability to interact with B2C prospects. · Should have excellent communication skills.( English, Hindi). · Working knowledge of MS-Excel and MS-Word.
