Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties • Handling end to end recruitment for IT clients. • Understanding the client requirements in details for all positions offered by the client. • Sourcing profiles from various recruiting sources such as Internal database, Job Portals, Social Media and references. • Sourcing and Screening of CVs • Interviewing and short-listing potential candidates. • Scheduling interviews of short-listed candidates with the client. • Following up with prospective candidates until they complete all rounds of interviews. • Coordinating with clients and interacting with them regarding candidate offers. • Effective maintenance and creation of database. • Interaction with client on a day-to-day basis to obtain feedback and to keep a track of the current requirements. • Co-ordination for joining formalities. • Preparing daily MIS reports Desired Candidate Profile: • Candidates having minimum 1 to 2 years experience working with a Recruitment Company, operating in IT recruitment in the Domestic Indian Market may apply. • Candidate must have a very good knowledge of Technologies like Java/J2EE/Spring/PHP etc in order to source the right candidates and to gauge that the candidates Technical Knowledge is as per the client requirement • Candidate must possess excellent communication skills and proficiency and fluency in English is mandatory • Must have knowledge of Job portals and sourcing through LinkedIn, Facebook and other social media • Candidate has to be proficient in doing job searches via Boolean Search Strings. • Immediate Joiners preferred
