Job Description

The position will be based in Bhubaneswar. • Prior experience in System Integration projects, WiFi Rollouts and Telecom projects is required. • In depth knowledge of WiFi Technology, Telco 3G/4G deployment and technology, Hand over documentation is a plus. • Manage and co-ordinate a team that includes WiFi Design Engineers, WiFi Field Engineers, WiFi Installation teams, Other Project Managers and Management Officials. • Develop project plan and associated schedules to support the overall program level goals. • Manage and progress track against those schedules • Develop and manage project budgets that meet program guidelines. • Coordinate with the field and network teams for timing, execution and closeout of individual projects • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in various stages of completion, lead weekly meetings with the client and project team. • Monitoring project risks and scope creep to identify potential problems and proactively identifying solutions to address them in advance. • Escalating promptly any issues that may impact operations. • Producing stage plans, highlight reports, risk logs, requests for change etc • Providing strategic direction during the implementation stages. • Managing customer expectations by ensuring the delivery of the highest quality service Acting on client feedback Monitoring staff & team performance. • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility • Ensure resource availability and allocation • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques • Report and escalate to management as needed • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders • Perform risk management to minimize project risks • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendors • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation • Required to travel around 30% to 40% on work basis. COMMERCIAL AWARENESS & BUSINESS ACUMEN. • Experience of working in a multivendor environments.  Good conflict management and prioritisation skills.  Manage technical process and resolve technical issues.  Can understand and document project requirements and dependencies.  Excellent documentation & report writing skills.  Demonstrated ability to work with and support cross-functional project teams.  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure.  Strong attention to detail and focus on task completion.  Internal and External Stakeholder Management.  Identification of FSP and Field Engineer training. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. 2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Engineering, Telecom Operations, or field project management. 3. Experience managing multiple projects and leading cross-functional teams. Experience working in the field of Telecom / WiFi 4. Project management experience with budgeting, project cost estimating, scheduling and planning 5. Ability to co-ordinate and integrate work across multiple disciplines, complete scheduling and resource planning activities to drive efficient work processes, identify and manage all project risks and enhance customer communication and satisfaction. 6. Demonstrated experience with strong communications with internal and external stakeholders, specifically consulting with clients, identifying client needs, developing action plans, providing deliverables, and presenting results. 7. Ability to communicate progress, highlight issues and provide recommendations to senior leadership 8. Experience using Microsoft word, excel and power point
