Job Description: • Handle interested enquiries received from portals • Call clients and understand their requirements • Schedule Face-to-Face Meeting and propose suitable list of properties • Follow-up with the clients for site visit; schedule and accompany • Convince clients on their preferred property and work on Sales Closure • Check for possible references from clients Handling Home buyers Enquiries, Face to Face Meetings, Site visits and Closing Transactions Candidate should not be in Real Estate or construction industry Location: Brigade Road, Bangalore Experience: 1-4 Yrs in Sales, Any Industry Education: Any Degree/10+2 Salary Range: 20K to 24K Mandatory: • Two-wheeler and Driving license is a must • Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Monday or Tuesday would be Week-off • Benefits: Attractive Incentive Slabs and Rewards & Recognition Job Type: Full-time Interview Process: 1st round is telephonic 2nd round F2F Interview
