Detailed Job Description
• Handling of Inbound and Outbound calls on campaigns/ survey/sales/services.
• Identify customer needs, customer profiling, schedule site visits.
• Responsible for handling the customers inquiry and coordination with sales team for scheduling to explaining of motor vehicle accident insurances.
• Follow-up with customers & Customer Experience Calls.
• Minimum 1 years of of experience in Telesales / Inbound/Outbound Process is mandatory.
• Responsible for acquiring new customers through outbound reach and International market research.
• Responsible for driving a lead through a complete sales funnel including rapport building, requirement understanding, proposal creating with the help of technical evaluation.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skill.
• Minimum 1 year of Tele sales experience.
